La'Dweena graduated from Chicago State University in June of 1998 where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Hospitality Management. After graduation, she worked for Hyatt Corporation for three years as a Sales Manager. After Hyatt, La'Dweena worked at Ameritech as a Customer Service Supervisor for four years. In the spring of 2004, while still working at Ameritech, she became a licensed Realtor and Real Estate investor. In the spring of 2005 (after practicing Real Estate part time for a year), La'Dweena decided to become a full time Realtor. Her past sales and customer service skills serve as a great foundation, eventually leading her to her true passion, assisting people with all things related to the Real Estate industry.
